In April 2010 some 18 acres of NHS land in the city of Oxford was registered as a TVG after an application for judicial review: Oxfordshire & Buckinghamshire Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust & Ors, R (on the application of)v Deluce & Ors [2010] EWHC 530 (Admin) .

The NHS valued it at £11,000,000 in March 2007. Under the Freedom of Information Act I have asked the Dept of Health what they regard as its present value.
